THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal can be exercised without any penalty and without having to specify the reason, provided that no customizations have been applied or the return will not be possible.

It can be exercised within 14 days from the receipt of the goods and is exercised by sending an email to the address privateveganecofriendly@gmail.com (provided that there is confirmation in the following 48 hours) in the 3 days following the delivery of the goods.

To exercise the withdrawal it is essential that the goods are intact and that the object has the original packaging, equipped with all tags.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the seller.

The price paid will be refunded within 30 days of returning the goods.

In the case of application of promotional codes, the shipping costs will be borne by the consumer, who will have to arrange for the collection of the package from a courier of his choice and send the goods to BEST GROUP SRL located in via Bruxelles 21, 76121 Barletta BT, Italy.

 

 

Packages will not be accepted in which:

 

- the products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;

 

- the identification tag must still be attached to the products;

 

- the products must be returned in their original packaging;

 

- returned products must be sent to Best Group in a single shipment. In fact, Best Group reserves the right not to accept items of the same order, returned and shipped at different times;

 

- returned products must be delivered to the shipper within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date on which the customer receives the products.

The sums will be refunded to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which Best Group became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal.

RETURN FOR GOODS EXCHANGE

 

In case of exercise of the right of return for exchange of non-personalized goods, the procedure to follow is as follows:
1. Write an email to privateveganecofriendly@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the product describing the reasons that led to the opening of the return procedure.
2. Make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all the tags affixed.
Remember that you can only send your return from the country where you placed the order. We will replace or refund only items returned according to the instructions.

If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
3.The return of the product must take place within 72 hours after receiving the email received from our customercare with the methods to be followed

4. The costs of returning the product for exchanging goods are borne by both the customer and the seller. The customer must book the collection of the package from a courier of his choice at his own expense and the seller, after checking the status of the returned package, will arrange the new shipment at his own expense (this method will be valid for one time only. exchange requests will be charged entirely to the consumer).

5. If any discounts were used at the time of purchase, the shipment will be charged in full to the consumer.

Access to and use of www.privatoeco.com are activities governed by these General Conditions of Use.

This document (General conditions of sale) defines the conditions applicable to sales concluded by a party by the purchaser of the Products which has the status of consumer (meaning by these only the natural persons who make the purchase and act for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurship or professional activity eventually carried out), called "Customer" and on the other side the company Best Group Srl with registered office in Italy, Via Bruxelles 21 - 76121 Barletta (BT), VAT number 04213200720 which sells, through its website www .privatoeco .com, the vegan ecological private label products, of which it is the sole owner.

Best Group is a limited liability company registered in the Bari Company Register.

These Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the relationship between Best Group and Customers with residence or domicile in Italy and abroad for the purchase of Products on the Site.

The offer and sale on the website www.privatoeco.com integrate a remote contract governed by articles 49 ss. of the legislative decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 (Consumer Code), as well as by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 (the so-called law on electronic commerce). The purchase of the Products is intended for consumers.

The Customer is required to carefully read the Conditions of Sale that Best Group makes available to him, also in order to allow him to reproduce and memorize the aforementioned Conditions in compliance with the provisions of art.

PRICE

 

The prices of the products are expressed in Euros and include all applicable taxes and / or duties, including all shipping costs in Italy and in some EU countries.

Best Group reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.

The products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of order confirmation.

The products remain the property of Best Group until the complete receipt of the order by Best Group.

The price must be paid in full at once.

 

 

 

PAYMENT

To pay the price of the products and the related shipping and delivery costs, the Customer can follow one of the methods indicated in the order form.

The customer can choose from the following payment methods:

PayPal

 

Prepaid PostePay card

 

Any other form of payment can only be accepted at the discretion of Best Group. For more information and / or clarifications, you can send an email to info@bestgroup.it.

The ordered products remain the property of Best Group until the complete collection of the relative price.

 

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Best Group reserves the right to refuse or not to execute orders whose delivery must take place outside European territory.

The delivery of the Products will be made by courier "Bartolini, UPS, TNT GLS, DHL" and the times will vary based on the time the order is made and the payment method chosen.

The system will send the Customer an e-mail notification once the shipment has been made.

Except in unforeseen circumstances, delivery on the national territory will take place within 5 working days from the time of shipment. This term could, however, also vary considerably for places that are difficult to reach, such as mountainous areas, islands, extreme suburbs.

 

Upon receipt of the Products, the Customer must verify that the package is perfectly closed and intact. If the package is not intact or damaged, the Customer must immediately report the disputes to the courier and send an email to the address provided; otherwise the Products will be considered regularly delivered.

 

With the exception of the sales period and promotional offers reserved for customers, all orders placed on the website www.privatoeco.com, by 12.00, from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), will be prepared and shipped the same day, subject to prior notice. Agreement Notice. validation of the payment (see paragraph Payment).

 

Any delays in deliveries of less than 30 (thirty) days do not entitle the Customer to refuse the delivery of the Products, nor to request compensation or compensation of any kind.

 

Shipping costs include packing and shipping costs. Packaging costs are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders executed separately and shipping costs will be applied to each of them.

 

The parcel will be sent under your responsibility. The boxes are a reasonable size and your items are well protected.

 

If, at the time of delivery, the external appearance of the package shows imperfections, the Customer must proceed to open the package in the presence of the courier. It is advisable to check the goods at the time of delivery and to verify that the quantity of the products delivered corresponds to what was ordered, that the packaging is intact, not damaged or otherwise altered.

 

Any anomalies must be noted in writing on the courier's delivery note. Any delivery problems must be promptly reported to our Customer Service and in any case within 30 calendar days from order confirmation.
