HOW TO MEASURE YOUR FEET

Put on the type of socks you usually wear with your shoes and measure your feet in the afternoon (usually your feet swell during the day).
Stand on a hard surface and place a sheet of white paper under the foot. Distribute the weight evenly.
Measure from the edge of the sheet of paper under the heel to the longest part of the foot, which may or may not be the big toe. Use a ruler to measure the marked length in centimeters.

COME MISURARE I PROPRI PIEDI

Mettere il tipo di calze che si è soliti indossare con le scarpe e misurare i piedi nel pomeriggio (di solito i piedi si gonfiano nel corso della giornata). Stare in piedi su una superficie dura e posizionare un foglio di carta bianca sotto il piedie. Distribuire il peso in modo uniforme. Misurare dal bordo del foglio di carta sotto il tallone alla parte piu' lunga del piede, che puo' essere o meno l'alluce. Usare un righello per misurare in centimetri la lunghezza segnata.
