Refund policy

The right of withdrawal may be exercised without penalty and without having to specify a reason, provided that no customizations have been made; otherwise, a return will not be possible.

This right may be exercised within 14 days of receiving the merchandise by initiating the return process directly from your account on the website.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, the merchandise must be in perfect condition and the item must be in its original packaging, complete with all tags.

For the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

• the products must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged;
  
• the identification tag is still attached to the products;
  
• the products are returned in their original packaging.

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used at the time of purchase within 7 days of receiving the returned merchandise.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

• For full-price purchases, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the merchandise.
  
• If promotional codes or discounts are applied, the customer is solely responsible for the shipping costs. The customer must pay the equivalent of two shipping trips (initial delivery and return of the package), totaling €14.00, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

The cost of return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from the refund amount whether the customer uses our courier service or arranges the return independently.
