Refund policy

The right of withdrawal may be exercised without penalty and without having to specify the reason, provided that no customization has been applied or the return will not be possible.

It can be exercised within 14 days of receipt of the goods and is exercised:

• by sending an email to info@privatoeco.com within 3 days after delivery of the goods (provided that there is confirmation within the next 48 hours from the Private team).
• By carrying out the return procedure directly from your private area on the site.

To exercise the withdrawal, it is essential that the goods are intact and that the item has its original packaging with all tags.

The price paid will be refunded within 7 days of the return of the goods.

SHIPPING COSTS IN CASE OF RETURN

• For full-price purchases, the cost of return shipping of merchandise is the responsibility of the consumer.
• If promotional codes or discounts are applied, shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the consumer. The latter will have to pay the equivalent of two trips (first delivery and return of the package) amounting to €14.00, which will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

The cost of return shipping of the goods is the sole responsibility of the consumer and may be deducted from the amount to be returned in case the consumer uses our courier or handled independently by the consumer.

For the acceptance of the return it is necessary that:

• the products have not been used, worn, washed or damaged;
• the identification tag is still attached to the products;
• the products are returned in their original packaging.
