Access to and use of www.privatoeco.com are activities governed by these General Terms of Use.

This document (General Terms and Conditions of Sale) defines the conditions applicable to sales concluded by one party from the buyer of the Products who has the status of consumer (meaning only natural persons who make the purchase and act for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial activity or professional activity possibly carried out), referred to as “Customer” and on the other the company ELEVENELEVEN di Mariano Adriana with registered office in Italy, Via Bruxelles 21 - 76121 Barletta (BT), P. VAT 08750110721 which sells, through its website www.privatoeco.com, the Private Label eco-friendly vegan products, of which it is the sole owner.
ELEVENELEVEN di Mariano Adriana is registered with the Register of Companies of Bari.
These Conditions of Sale exclusively govern the relationship between ELEVENELEVEN di Mariano Adriana and Customers with residence or domicile in Italy and abroad for the purchase of Products on the Site.
The offer and sale on the website www.privatoeco.com integrate a distance contract governed by Articles 49 ff. of Legislative Decree September 6, 2005, n. 206 (Consumer Code), as well as by Legislative Decree April 9, 2003 n. 70 (so-called law on electronic commerce). The purchase of the Products is intended for consumers.
The Customer is required to read carefully the Terms of Sale that ELEVENELEVEN di Mariano Adriana makes available to him, also in order to allow him to reproduce and store the aforesaid Terms in accordance with the provisions of art. 12, co. 3 ° of Legislative Decree 70/2003.
The contract between ELEVENELEVEN di Mariano Adriana and the customer is governed by Italian law.
In case of dispute, the Court of Trani shall have jurisdiction between ELEVENELEVEN di Mariano Adriana and the Customer.

Price

Product prices are in Euros and include all applicable taxes and/or duties, including all shipping charges in Italy and some European Union countries.

ELEVENELEVEN di Mariano Adriana reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Products remain the property of ELEVENELEVEN di Mariano Adriana until the order is fully received by ELEVENELEVEN di Mariano Adriana.

The price must be paid in full at once.

Payment

For payment of the price of the products and related shipping and delivery costs, the Customer may follow one of the methods indicated in the order form.

The Customer may choose from the following payment methods:

PayPal

PostePay prepaid card

Bank transfer

Any other form of payment can only be accepted at the discretion of ELEVENELEVEN di Mariano Adriana. For more information and/or clarification you can send an email to info@privatoeco.com.

The products ordered remain the property of ELEVENELEVEN di Mariano Adriana until the relative price is collected in full.
